Anise Shrimp

Serves: 10
Carbs Per Serving: 3 total recipe excluding zucchini noodles and anise
Effort: Easy

1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon dried parsley — flakes
2 cloves garlic — crushed.. I used garlic salt to taste
1 teaspoon dried anise
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
12 jumbo shrimp

How to Prepare:
Melt butter in skillet, add parsley, garlic, anise and pepper. Melt and set aside. Clean shrimp, place between paper towels to dry. Just before you are ready to serve dinner, reheat butter mixture, add shrimp, cooking for 2 minutes on either side.
