California Style Pot Roast

Carbs Per Serving: 28 g carbs total
Effort: Easy

4 pounds Beef roast
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Oil
1 Onion — chopped fine;
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Water
3 packages artificial sweetener

How to Prepare:
Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper all over roast. Brown in oil in skillet; add remaining ingredients. Cover. Simmer about 4 hours over low heat.
**Note: For “potatoes” on the side. Peel and slice turnips and add to the roast about 1/2 way through the cooking time. 🙂
