1 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp low carb Ketchup
1 lo carb tortilla
How to Prepare:
Stir Fry ground chuck well until fully cooked. Lay in lo-carb tortilla, and sprinkle so that it’s heavily laden with cheese. Drizzle ketchup on top of the cheese, fold up bottom, then fold sides in.
