Chili Recipe

Serves: 2
Carbs Per Serving: 8 grams
Effort: Easy

1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons tabasco sauce — optional
1 pound ground beef

How to Prepare:
Brown hamburger and onion till hamburger is no longer pink and onion is soft. Drain if needed. Add rest of ingreds, and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add grated cheese if wanted and
enjoy. This serves 2 people.
