1 lb chedder cheese grated
1 lb monterey cheese grated
3 (7 oz) cans diced green chilies
5 beated eggs
2 to 3 chicken breast cooked and diced (opional)
How to Prepare:
Mix cheese cooked chicken and green chilies together in 9×13 inch baking dish pour eggs over and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
