Ingredients:
chicken breast
Rotel seasoning
shredded cheddar cheese

How to Prepare:
Pre-heat oven to 375. On a cookie sheet or casserole dish, lay out chicken.
Season as you like, drain Rotel and spoon over chicken.
When close to done sprinkle on cheese and put back into oven for about 3 minutes until melted.
