Coney Island Style Chili

1 1/4 pounds ground beef
8 ounces tomato sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoons chili powder — or to taste
1/4 cup poblano peppers — minced (or 1 jalapeno pepper)
salt if desired
fresh cracked pepper to taste

How to Prepare:
Brown ground beef, add in the Poblano pepper, tomato sauce and paste, and chili powder and salt.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

I like to serve this over hot dogs and top with cheddar cheese and broil till cheese melts.
