Country Fried Steak

Carbs: 3 grams carbs total
Effort: Easy
1 bag pork rinds and crush them till very fine
4 small boneless steaks
2 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream — or more if needed

How to Prepare:
Whip eggs and heavy cream together using fork. Then dip steak into the eggs/cream and roll in crushed pork rinds.
Deep fry till done. Very good!

  1. Pretty good. I added a little coconut flour to the breading. I think I had my oil too hot though because it nearly burned the breading and the steak was pretty rare. But it was delicious.
