Easy Shellfish Stew

Any Shellfish

How to Prepare:
Start with a can of chicken broth. Throw in your favorite shellfish (crab,
shrimp, clams, oysters, etc), a can of mushrooms, a handful of chopped dill,
some coarsly ground black pepper and about 3 Tablespoons of butter.
Simmer till everything is cooked and the flavors have blended. Pour in a
pint of heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat and serve.
You can knock this out in about 15 minutes and it’s great on a cold
