Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
1 pound softened cream cheese
2 tbs xanthan gum
1/2 stick softened butter
1/2 tsp liquid splenda

How to Prepare:
beat cream cheese and butter together, sprinkle on xanthan gum very slowley as you are beating it. Spread on cake.
