Bacon – Optional
How to Prepare:
Grill a frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast on the grill. Grilling it frozen keeps it juicy.
When it is almost done, make a slit in the breast and add a slice of brie cheese. Cook long enough for the cheese to melt. Top with mushrooms that you sauteed in butter. You can also add a slice of cooked bacon around the chicken as the cheese is melting. Also use other types of cheese if you don’t like brie.
