Impossible Coconut Pie

Effort: Easy

4 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup water
3 tsp. vanilla
4 T. butter
1/2 C. almond flour
3/4 C. Splenda
1 C. coconut (unsweetened)

How to Prepare:

Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Blend until well combined. Pour into a greased (I used Pam), 9″ pie dish and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour or until set well.
Tastes amazingly like rice pudding! Really nice 🙂
