Leftover Pork Stir fry

Ingredients:
12 ounces cooked pork — shredded or chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cups bok choy — chopped
1/4 cup oil — for cooking (I like olive oil)
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Prepare:
Stir fry pork in hot oil for 2 minutes, then add remaining ingredients. Cover and reduce heat – let steam 5-7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes to prevent burning and sticking.
