Serves: 1-2
Prep Time: approximately 15 minutes total
Effort: Easy
Ingredients:
1 to 2 servings peeled shrimp (already cooked, detailed)
11/2 to 2 tbls butter
3 to 4 cloves garlic (Minced)
1/2 cup mushrooms
Lemon juice to taste ( fresh is best)
salt and pepper to taste
How to Prepare:
Saute the garlic and mushrooms for approximately 3-5 mins. Add shrimp till warmed through (3 mins). Lemon squeezed over top, and salt and pepper to taste and serve alone. Very filling.
