Low Carb Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked spaghetti squash — (2 to 3)
1 pound lean ground beef — cooked and drained
2 cups fresh mushrooms
1 small onion — diced
2 cups your favorite lo carb spaghetti sauce — or canned tomatoes
2 cups grated cheese

How to Prepare:

Saute; mushrooms and onion in 1 tbsp butter. Combine all ingredients and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
