Low Carb Catsup

Serves: 20-30
Carbs Per Serving: 3 grams per 1/4 cup
Prep Time: 35 minutes
Effort: Easy

Ingredients:
2 – 8 oz cans low sodium tomato sauce More or less sauce depends on the cook.
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup splenda
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
1 pinch ground allspice
1 pinch salt

How to Prepare:
Mix above ingredients and put in a small saucepan. Simmer on low until catsup is desired thickness. Store in a bottle or jar in the refrigerator.

    I am not sure how much tomato sauce to use, it is not clear that 2 oz would serve 20-30 people

    I’ll have to look it up again, but I think that was 2 8oz cans. Some how I managed to delet the eight I think. Hmmmmmm. Give it a try and see. You can always add more tomato sauce if needed.
