Low Carb Reuben Chicken

Prep Time: 10 Minutes and Baking time 45 Minutes
Ingredients:
4-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Sauerkraut
Swiss Cheese
Thousand Island Dressing

How to Prepare:

Place raw chicken breasts in baking dish, spread drained sauerkraut over raw chicken, cover with thin slices of swiss cheese, then spread dressing over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done.
