No carb Cheesy Shrimp Delight

Ingredients:
8 Large peeled shrimp
2 Tbl butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Dash salt and pepper
1 tbl – garlic powder

How to Prepare:
First clean shimp well, melt butter in a sauce pan, add shrimp, salt, pepper and garlic, stir fry until shrimp is pink add Parmesan, and stir until melted. Use a non stick pan. This is yummy with no carbs.
