Pastrami Swiss Cheese and Sauerkraut

1 lb pastrami, sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 (24oz) jar sauerkraut
3 Tbsp stone ground mustard
1/2 tsp caraway seeds

How to Prepare:

Cut pastrami into bite size pieces, toss in large bowl with mustard. Set aside. Drain sauerkraut and rinse with hot water until brine odor is gone. Squeeze excess moisture out of sauerkraut, put in bowl and toss with caraway seeds. Arrange 1/4 of pastrami and 1/4 of sauerkraut side by side on plate, cover pastrami with slice of Swiss Cheese, microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until hot and cheese melts.
