Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops — ( 4 to 8 )
2 eggs — beaten
pork rinds – crushed to bread crumb consistency
seasoned salt
cooking oil

How to Prepare:
Pound the pork chops to flatten, dip in egg, then coat with the crushed pork rinds and fry in oil. Can sprinkle with seasoned salt while
cooking.
