Sausage Cabbage Au Gratin

6 Slices bacon
1 pkg little smokies
1 head cabbage
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp flour

How to Prepare:
In a large skillet, saute’ five or six slices of diced bacon. Add a package of little smokies and cook through. Add one head of cabbage and saute’ till wilted. Mix together 1/2
cup whipping cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and 2 teaspoons of flour. Pour over the cabbage mixture and cover. Leave for 15 minutes till set.
