Sesame Garlic Thai Chicken and Veggies

Carbs Per Serving: 15
4 Chicken Breasts
Half Bag frozen Broccoli
1 small can or 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
1 tbs of olive oil1/2 cup of coconut milk
2 tbs of Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
1 tbs of Garlic
Salt and pepper

How to Prepare:
Cut Chicken into bite size pieces, brown in olive oil add veggies to pan till cooked. In a small cup or bowl mix Coconut milk, tahini, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth and mixed.  Pour into pan over chicken and veggies and toss until they are all covered simmer for 5 minutes and serve… This is really garlicky and GOOD..
