Simple Curry Chicken Salad

Boneless/skinless chicken tenders (I use about 6)
approx 1/4-1/2 cup of mayo (will vary depending on amount of chicken)
1 Tbsp of full fat sour cream
approx 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp Blue cheese dressing
curry powder to taste

How to Prepare:
Boil chicken. Shred chicken, (easy to do with food processor) add all other ingredients and mix well.
