Ingredients:
1 egg
2 teaspoons protein powder — soy, unflavored
half and half
1/4 cup powdered nuts (macadamia — walnut, whatever)
sweetener

How to Prepare:
As a note, just put the nuts into a blender and let it run enough to chop them into a coarse powder.
