Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sugar free peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup artificial sweetener — splenda or stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder (mine is 0 carbs)
