Ingredients:
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 ounces tofu — prefer silken, soft
1 Tablespoon splenda
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash cinnamon
1 large egg yolk
How to Prepare:
Microwave directions:
In a blender mix all ingredients well until smooth. Pour into a 10oz glass ramekin and place into a larger glass bowl. Fill to about 1/2 way up the ramekin with hot water and microwave on 50% powder for 7 minutes or until set.
Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
