Yellow Angel Food Cake

Serves: 3
Carbs Per Serving: 30g carbs total
Effort: Easy

Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy flour
2/3 cup artificial sweetener
4 egg yolks
6 egg whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons water

How to Prepare:

Preheat oven to 300f. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray very well. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. In another bowl mix the other ingredients with just enough water to form a batter. Fold batter in the egg whites then pour into pan. Bake on 275 for 1 and 1/2 hours. Don’t let it get too brown.
